Ciao a tutti,
sono Giuseppe Ciriello e sono l’ideatore di questo Blog : ESPERIENZA RISTORAZIONE.
L’esigenza di creare un mio Blog nel campo della Ristorazione, nonostante la presenza di molti altri, nasce dal fatto che non ho quasi mai letto articoli di Autori più o meno noti che spiegassero e/o denunciassero in modo sincero tutto quello che c’è dietro le quinte del mondo della Ristorazione.
Tutto è presentato come magnifico, entusiasmante, impegnativo certamente sì, ma mai nessuno ha avuto il buon senso, il coraggio e la sfrontatezza di raccontare le cose per quello che sono: sacrifici estenuanti con conseguenti fallimenti; famiglie, affetti, amori messi in stato di criticità; sfruttamento del lavoro, licenziamenti e lavoro nero; spreco scellerato di risorse alimentari, energetiche, economiche; inquinamento, danneggiamento del nostro ecosistema.
Una superficialità generalizzata causata da falsi miti e conseguenti aspettative.
Tutto roseo, charmant come da copertina di una nota rivista o da prima serata in un noto programma alla TV.
Certo, esistono tantissimi esempi di perfezione, ma un gran numero dei Ristoratori versa in situazioni complicate e alle volte irreparabili.
Il mio Blog, ESPERIENZA RISTORAZIONE, si rivolge ed ha lo scopo di aiutare tutti coloro che stanno per cimentarsi per la prima volta nella Ristorazione affinché acquisiscano le competenze per operare al meglio ed ottimizzare le proprie Energie Psicofisiche, accrescere le proprie Capacità Manageriali utilizzando al meglio ed eticamente la Forza Lavoro, le Risorse Alimentari, Economiche ed attenuando il più possibile il proprio impatto con l’Ambiente che ci circonda.
Se sei già un Ristoratore e hai notato che nella tua attività le cose non vanno come te le aspettavi puoi sempre dare una sbirciatina. Magari, leggendo, puoi trovare un suggerimento, ispirazione, consiglio.
Qui di seguito troverete il nostro Indice con tutti gli Argomenti trattati con i loro relativi Articoli.
Potete seguire questo ordine e guida di lettura in modo da avere l’impressione di leggere un Libro o potete curiosare di Articolo in Articolo, saltando da uno all’altro a vostro piacimento.
